Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a notification email or SMS once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of ₹60 for orders below ₹999.

• Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.

3. Estimated Delivery Times We ship via reputable courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, XpressBees).

• Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 2-4 business days.

• Rest of India: 4-7 business days.

• J&K and North East: 5-9 business days.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to external factors like weather or courier delays.

4. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Email/SMS. Please allow 12 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier's website.

5. International Shipping Currently, we only ship within India.

6. Damaged or Open Packets If you receive a package that looks tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it. Take a photo and contact us immediately at support@nutrdry.in or WhatsApp us. We will arrange a replacement immediately.
